Sales calls you only pay for when they happen.

We find the right people at the UK firms you want to sell to, start the conversation by email, and book qualified calls into your diary. No-shows are not billed.

Oliver replies to every email himself.

  • Two fees, both easy to checkA monthly tech fee, and a fee per qualified call that took place.
  • Your sending set-up stays yoursWe build and run it. If you leave, you keep it.
  • Qualified means what we agreedWe set the bar with you before any email goes out.

You have paid for activity before.

Many lead-gen agencies bill for work done: emails sent, leads found, meetings put in the diary. None of that is a sales conversation. Our per-call fee is only charged for the thing you wanted in the first place.

What agencies often bill for

  • Emails sent and open rates
  • Lists of leads you still have to chase
  • Meetings booked, whether or not anyone turns up
  • A sending set-up you lose when you leave

What Showed Up bills for

  • Qualified sales calls that actually took place
  • A monthly fee to build and run your own sending set-up
  • Nothing for no-shows
  • A set-up that is yours to keep

How it works

Three steps. You agree the bar, we do the work, and you pay per call only when a qualified prospect actually turns up.

Step 1 · The target

We agree the target before any email goes out.

Together we set who you want to speak to and what counts as a qualified call: the kind of firm, the person's role, and anything that rules a prospect out.

That is the bar we are paid against. A call that does not meet it is not a qualified call.

Step 2 · Your set-up

We build your set-up and it stays yours.

We build and run your own email sending set-up. Then we research the right people and write to them one by one.

Covered by the monthly tech fee. If you stop working with us, the set-up stays with your firm.

Step 3 · The calls

Qualified calls land in your diary.

Interested prospects book a call with you. You pay a fee for each qualified call that took place.

No-shows are not billed. A call either happened or it did not, so the bill is easy to check.

A clay desk calendar. An envelope drops onto it, three days hold yellow tokens and one day is left empty.

Two fees. Both easy to check.

You can always see what you are paying for, because a call either happened or it did not. Ask what it would cost for your firm and you will get a straight answer.

A monthly tech fee

Covers building and running your own email sending set-up. It stays yours, even if you stop working with us.

A fee per qualified call held Only when it happens

Charged only when the call took place. If the prospect does not turn up, you are not billed for it.

A clay balance scale. One pan holds a yellow token, the other pan is empty.
What you keep

If you stop working with us, this stays with your firm.

  • The email sending set-up we built and ran for you
  • The qualified calls that landed in your diary
  • The conversations you started with those prospects
How qualification is agreed

We set the bar with you, then get paid against it.

  1. You tell us who your best customers are and who makes the decision.
  2. We agree the kind of firm, the person's role, and anything that rules a prospect out.
  3. That definition is agreed before any email goes out. A call that meets it is a qualified call.

Who this is for

Not sure if you fit? Email and ask. You will get a straight answer from Oliver.

  • Owners and sales leaders of UK B2B firms.
  • Firms with a clear offer and someone ready to take the calls.
  • Teams who have paid an agency for activity and want to pay for calls instead.
  • Businesses that want to own their outbound set-up, not rent it.

Tell us who you want to sell to.
